Senior Dispute Resolution/Litigation Lawyer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Dispute Resolution/Litigation Lawyer to join a multi-office, Lexcel accredited law firm who pride themselves on providing an exceptional service to clients. Due to the current placeholder retiring, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior lawyer to join this friendly team. The team is currently made up of 2 lawyers and 2 secretarial assistants and so this position has real potential for career progression and the ideal candidate would have the relevant skills to head the department.


The successful candidate should be able to undertake a mixed litigation caseload, to include:

  • Contract disputes
  • Debt collection
  • Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
  • Property disputes
  • Professional negligence
  • Contentious probate
  • Some employment matters
  • Some personal injury experience would also be very beneficial


  • A minimum of 5 years PQE is preferential, although all candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Proven experience in managing a full mixed litigation caseload
  • Some personal injury experience is beneficial
  • Experience in supervising junior fee earners
