As a member of the central Service Delivery & Quality (SDQ) team, you are the connection. Working with members of our legal, marketing and finance teams you will support the client journey from inception to extension. From working alongside our Partners to support initial scoping discussion to designing the required service delivery model, supporting pricing and pitch, you will consistently be identifying process efficiencies throughout the life of the matter. Championing the use of technology solutions and alternative resourcing options to coordinate the effective delivery of DLA Piper's innovative and trusted legal solutions to our clients.
