Senior Learning & Development Advisor at City Law Firm – FTC

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an immediately available Learning & Development advisor/officer to join this exciting City-based law firm, on a 12-month maternity cover.

Unlike a lot of roles at this level that are purely “back-office”, this will see you fully engaged on the delivery side too from designing and presenting personal and business skills programmes, to maintaining and improving the “core” catalogue of training programmes.

You will act as the first point of contact for all L&D requests for support staff as well as lawyers, as well as providing one-to-one coaching, delivering webinars and get involved in bespoke events.

Obviously your role will also entail the organising, managing, assessing and coordinating outside trainers and coaches (particularly for law specific training and specialist training).

What they are looking for is around five years' relevant experience in a law firm, demonstrable experience in delivering training needs analysis and training programmes, and some experience (ideally with relevant qualifications) in team coaching.

For more information or to be considered, please contact John Bruce ASAP.
