Senior Conveyancing Assistant – Manchester
Our client based in South Manchester is a specialist national firm, seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their reputable Property team.
Whilst the main purpose of this role is to support the Conveyancing Team with all aspects of Conveyancing transactions, you will also manage your own caseload of files under supervision.
This role will involve dealing with clients and third parties over the telephone and in-person, managing your own files, using the case management system, preparing documentation and completion packs, and dealing with post-completion matters.
Ideally you will have at least 12 months experience in Property work, assisting on and managing a small caseload, however all levels are encouraged to apply. You will need excellent administrative and communication skills, be highly organised and have a willingness to develop and progress in this area.
