A highly regarded firm in Maidstone is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE to work in its successful and busy property team. Although the role is based in Maidstone, there is the opportunity to have a mix of home and office-based working.
Your commercial property caseload will be varied and include advising clients on freehold and leasehold matters, portfolio investment/management and landlord and tenant as well as providing property support on corporate transactional work.
You will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships.
