The successful Senior Childcare Solicitor will be responsible for the following duties;

• Handling a mixed caseload of public law Childcare matters
• Developing relationships with client department
• Conducting advocacy where required
• Providing advice to junior members in the team

Experience required for the Senior Childcare Solicitor role;

• The successful candidate for the position will need to be a qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive.

• Experience handling public law cases
