Unique Senior Associate Corporate Solicitor opportunity to join a growing and entrepreneurial corporate team at a legal 100 firm in Southampton, where the focus is beyond pure transactional work and will include creating group business activities as they acquire, dispose of, and restructure their assets/ subsidiaries.
Senior Associate Corporate Solicitor - Southampton - £70,000 - £85,000
8+ PQE
The position is to work directly with Corporate Partner and their portfolio of corporate clients, with a focus to support them on a range of development activities to assist their growth. You will be working as an extension to their internal teams working alongside; finance, commercial and HR departments, gaining a thorough understanding of their business goals and strategies through advising across the range of corporate transactions.
My client offers flexible hybrid working from home/office based.
