Senior Associate – Contentious Probate - North London / WFH

This real opportunity offers route to Partnership for an established private high street firm. The litigation team is seeing an increase in contentious probate work and we are seeking an experienced professional who is happy to manage a caseload with a bias in probate work, whilst also taking on other general litigation matters.

This role sits alongside the very successful private client team where much of the work is coming across from referrals, and you will lead and influence the growth of the department being visible at industry events and working with the marketing team on articles and blogs to highlight the services further.

This is a senior role, and you will have enquiries for Inheritance Act claims, will disputes, contentious Court of Protection and trust matters.
