If you are looking for an environment where you will be able to quickly learn and develop your skill set with career progression opportunities we have a fantastic opening for a Secretary/Administrator within our Private Client  Department based in Shrewsbury.

 

As part of our progressive and forward thinking firm you will assist Fee Earners by providing secretarial and administrative support enabling them to operate at optimum efficiency.  The role will include communicating with existing and potential clients, audio typing, diary management along with the preparation of high quality correspondence and legal documents.

 

The post holder is expected to use a high degree of self management and initiative and to maintain a highly professional, efficient, confidential and friendly service ensuring quality service to clients is always achieved.  The role would suit someone who has worked in a busy and professional team orientated environment.  Previous legal experience is not essential as full training will be given.  You must be confident in the use of Microsoft Word and have the ability to work across a range of  IT platforms.  You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a busy environment along with good organisational and time management skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
