Secretarial Team Leader, Bristol
Salary up to £27k
A leading commercial law firm in Bristol is looking to recruit an experienced Secretarial Team Leader to manage the secretarial team of the Real Estate division. You will provide management support to a team of legal secretaries alongside providing legal secretarial support your own Real Estate Solicitors.
The role is extremely varied and requires someone with good time management and organisational skills. Key duties include:-
- Co-ordinating the team and allocating workload
- Manage the team performance and annual reviews
- Recruit and provide necessary training for new recruits to the team#
- Handle confidential information
- Typing and document production
- Diary management and arranging meetings
- Billing and account queries
- Dealing with clients over the phone/email
- General administration
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years solid legal secretarial experience behind them and it would be preferred if you have experience of providing a full secretarial service to a Real Estate team/individual whether that be in your current role or previously.
You have excellent attention to detail and planning skills, accuracy, have a typing speed of at least 65 wpm and be team oriented. You will have a positive can do attitude, be able to
