We are looking for a dynamic Sales Support Executive to support the Customer Team and
Commercial Development Director to deliver strategic business objectives, ensuring we deliver a 'World Class’ customer service by providing sales support to internal and external customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic sales support specialist to develop a rewarding and
successful career with a leading UK firm. What You will Be Doing:
• Supporting Customer team to deliver strategic objectives for all intake channels.
• Coordinating with Business Development and internal partners to understand commercial

viability of existing and prospective partnerships.
• Planning monitoring and reporting on objectives and provide regular updates to line
manager.
• Producing monthly MI from new intake query logs highlighting trends and areas for
attention.
• Managing end to end channel Invoicing Process to documented standard operating
procedure.
• Producing daily channel MI / Weekly channel Flash.
• Produce month end reporting
• Providing desk based operational Account Management to allocated accounts.
• Playing key and active role in profitability analysis of key relationships.
• Playing active role in monthly channel Service Review Call Process.
• Managing channel dispute resolution process end to end.
• Carrying out market research on channel opportunities as directed.
• Implementing and managing contract management and administration process across
department.
• Implementing and managing tender Library for department.
• Providing updates and tracking information to the channel governance monthly meetings

About you:
• Previous experience in a similar account management/ sales support role
• Previous experience within a fast-paced service sector/ professional services environment is
highly desirable
• Experience and knowledge of how intake channels work.
• Knowledge of the case intake process across legal departments is highly desirable
• Highly skilled at building strong business relationships
• A strong work ethic, resilience and tenacity
