This particular team handles small claims litigation work and offers a fantastic pathway for further progression.

• Previous Experience: Hiring managers will consider those with broad range of experience including those with pre-lit and Portal experience who wish to take a step up to handling Part 7 work.

The role offers fantastic development to more complex work. The role also offers a hybrid working arrangement with 1 day per week spent in the office and 4 days working from home.

The position would be ideal for a candidate with small claims motor experience or who is looking for a step up from a Portal and/or pre-litigation role.

• Assessing evidence
• Liaising with client to and guiding them through the process.
• Negotiating with third party solicitors
• Liaising with insured and insurers as well as brokers
• Delegating work where necessary and excellent case management
