RTA Litigation Paralegal
Macclesfield, Cheshire

What can you expect?

In this role, you will be managing your own litigated caseload of RTA files which are of a Fast Track and potentially Multi Track values from start to finish. You will be aiming to maximise your billings and achieve your personal billings target to help contribute to the continued success of the firm. The work you will be getting involved with will be complex and so a good solid understanding of RTA cases is key for this position.

The Candidate

For this RTA Litigation Paralegal position, the ideal candidate should bring with them at least 12 months' experience handling a Claimant caseload of litigated RTA files from start to finish. You must be able to work independently as well as part of a team and you must be capable on managing your time efficiently.
