My client is an award-winning law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. They are now seeking an RTA litigation executive to join their offices in Wilmslow. Due to expansion within their Litigation team, they are looking for someone with at least 3 year's experience of handing RTA claims.
Daily duties:
* Valuing personal injury, preparing part 36 advice, assessing quantum and liability
* Running a caseload of fast track involving allegations of LVI/Fraud and MIB
* Negotiation
* Costs
* Conduct of litigation to fast-track trial.
* Drafting and issuing of legal proceedings
