A well-established firm located in Manchester City Centre are looking to take on an experienced RTA Litigation Fee Earner to deal with Multi Track Matters on a permanent basis.

The ideal RTA Litigation Fee Earner must have experience in handling their own caseload of Litigated Multi Track RTA matters from Instruction to Settlement including RTA claims which have fallen out of the MOJ Portal. Additionally, as an RTA Litigation Fee Earner you will possess experience of all stages of the MOJ Portal. Experience of Credit Hire would be desirable but not essential.

The salary for the successful RTA Litigation Fee Earner is negotiable dependant on experience.
