I'm working with a fantastic firm based in Bolton who are looking for a RTA Litigation Executive to join their growing Personal Injury team.

The RTA Litigation Executive will join a team dealing with litigated RTA files, handling a caseload of fast and multi track personal injury and credit hire files from initiation to conclusion. The ideal candidate with have previous experience handling a caseload of litigated matters, be able to work independently, ability to meet strict court deadlines, drafting skills, excellent credit hire knowledge, be well versed with CPR rules and case law and have experience with credit hire, storage and recovery.

The salary on offer is up to £25,000 but dependent on previous experience.
