I am working with a very well-established Personal Injury firm based in Merseyside who are seeking an RTA Fee Earner to join their offices which are situated close to St Helens. The firm is located near excellent motorway links and offers free parking. Due to the location of the firm it is better if you drive.
My client is recognised nationally as one of the leading Personal Injury Solicitors and the firm’s specialisms include RTA, Clinical Negligence, Industrial Disease, Catastrophic Injury and EL/PL claims.
Salary is in the region of £20,000 - £35,000 depending on experience. In addition, the firm also offer an excellent bonus based on profit costs.

You will be experienced and confident in running a case load of RTA matters that have exited the MOJ Portal through to litigation stage. You will draft court documents, draft witness statements, advise clients, negotiate quantum and deal with applications.
You will be a hardworking and dynamic individual with an eye for detail. You will be able to work within a fast-paced environment and will be able to work to tight deadlines. You will be committed to providing excellent levels of service and client care.
