RTA – Claims Administrator

If you would like to start or progress a career in the law, we have an excellent opportunity for you:

You should have a good telephone manner and be able to quickly build rapport with new clients. You should be methodical, well organised and have the ability to deal with high claim volumes. You should be attentive to detail.

Your roles will involve:

(1) Vetting new RTA claims to assess merits;

(2) Making outbound call to Clients to welcome them to the business and obtain missing information; and

(3) Creating the new claim on Proclaim and generating all initial documentation. Ideally you will have some experience in dealing with clients/customers and/or processing RTA claims.

You do not need to have any previous Legal Experience, but a good High School education will be vital if you are to succeed and flourish in this challenging role.

Salary: Competitive with commission structure dependent on experience
