Working closely with the management board, you will lead the development and implementation of a risk management strategy for the firm as well as ensuring that the firm meets its obligations with the Solicitors’ Code of Conduct, Data Protection Act, AML regulations, Financial Conduct Authority and other bodies.
An important part of this role is to ensure that employees of the firm, particularly partners keep up to date with changes to legislative, regulatory and best practice rules and to help support the business to further develop a risk aware culture.
A strong communicator, you will have excellent relationship management skills and be able to set clear direction for teams and individuals to be ambitious and to achieve success.
