My client is a leading international practice which is highly-regarded by both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners for the quality of its commercial offering, and which attracts talented lawyers seeking to act for top calibre clients with high quality work on a regular basis.
An opportunity has arisen within the firm’s corporate recovery team for a senior associate to specialise in non-contentious insolvency and restructuring work, advising on matters such as debt restructuring, business reorganisation, pre-pack administrations, CVAs, refinancing arrangements and distressed M&As, often including pensions and property considerations. The firm has a hugely impressive array of clients including financial institutions, pension scheme trustees, private equity firms, IPs and hedge funds, thus ambitious lawyers looking to handle the best work in the market will not be disappointed.
Remuneration is highly competitive and is likely to attract high calibre lawyers of circa 5+yrs PQE who have accrued this experience within firms of a similar standing and who are now looking to push ahead their career within an impressive and forward-thinking organisation. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside internationally-renowned specialists within the insolvency sphere.
