Long established Midlands firm seeks a residential property solicitor to join their Warwickshire office.
With a minimum of 3 years' experience, you must be able to undertake all aspects of residential conveyancing including both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, new builds, right to buys and transfers of equity.
You will be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
