Residential Property Solicitor

An established London firm is looking for a Solicitor to join their busy Residential Property team, based in Central London.

The property team assists clients in the UK and internationally with the full remit of property transactions. The successful candidate will manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters such as freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new build property.


ABOUT YOU

- You will be a qualified Solicitor with 2+ PQE
- You will be experienced in working within a busy residential property team
- You will be experienced in managing property transactions from instruction to completion
- You will have strong business development skills
