The Role:
-You will be working as a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer Legal Executive working closely within a highly experienced team which will support you
-The caseload is varied, involve business development and will include:
* Sales and purchases
* Remortgages
* Registered, unregistered, freehold and leasehold
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity
* Extensive client contact
Requirements:
-Must have at least 3 years' previous experience running the full remit of conveyancing transactions from inception through to post completion
-Team player
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-A keen desire to forge a long-term career within a reputable law firm
