Residential Conveyancer

This well known and reputable firm is currently recruiting for a residential conveyancer to join their well established conveyancing department in Luton. This is a great opportunity for a solicitor, legal executive or residential conveyancer to establish themselves in a reputable firm. A highly competitive salary and quality high newt worth residential property work is on offer for the right candidate.

As a residential conveyancer you will given the responsibility of managing a team of fee earners handling a diverse and complex caseload of residential matters. Caseloads will encompass all aspects of the conveyancing process from inception through to completion including freehold and leasehold conveyancing, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, rights to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for residential conveyancer to tackle some high quality residential work with an opportunity to progress while working in a supportive team environment. As well as this a competitive remuneration package is on offer for the successful applicant.
