The firm now seeks to appoint an experienced residential conveyancing lawyer with a minimum of 3 years pqe to join their busy department. With strong experience of handling residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity relating to freehold and leasehold properties, you'll also be a confident developer of relationships with local brokers, estate agents and other intermediaries. Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors or legal executives / licensed conveyancers with the requisite conveyancing experience.
