Anakin Seal are recruiting for an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join thriving law firm, based at their office in Lincoln.

You will be responsible for running a residential property caseload including sales and purchase, transfer of equity, equity release and re-mortgage for both registered and un-registered properties.

Daily tasks (including but not limited to):

  • Responsible for the running of a residential property caseload including sales, purchase, transfer of equity, equity release and re-mortgage;
  • Providing administrative support when required;
  • Preparation of forms;
  • Corresponding with solicitors/ clients;
  • Working towards team fee earning targets.

Experience required:

  • A minimum of 1 years' experience of managing a varied residential property caseload;
  • Must have sales/ purchase experience;
  • Case management experience preferred;
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft office programmes;
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious and driven by process and deadlines.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:15pm

Salary: Competitive, dependant on experience.
