Excellent opportunity for a residential property paralegal to join an international firm in their Liverpool City Centre office. This is an opportunity for a conveyancing paralegal to join one of the most wide ranging real estate teams in the UK and do some of the best work in the region.

The Role:
- Working within a team led by a lawyer recognised as one of the UK's leading lawyers for high-value residential work
- Assisting the residential property team in the day to day handling of a full range of residential property matters from inception through to completion
- Handling high value transactions
- Drafting legal documentation
- Carrying out searches
- Liaising with clients and other parties to provide progress updates on transactions
