Our client is a UK Top 150 law firm with multiple offices throughout the South of England. They are currently looking for a Residential Property Legal Executive/Licenced Conveyancer to join their busy Residential Property team in Salisbury.

As part of the firms' busy residential property (new build) team, you will be working on all aspects of newbuild conveyancing to include Help to Buy funding working with a range of clients including first time buyers.

As the successful residential property legal executive/CLC, you will be able to show that you have experience in managing your own caseload within a time-critical role and show that you can work with minimal supervision. Experience with handling plot purchases is essential. You will be a qualified legal executive/licenced conveyancer or be able to show at least 5 years' experience of managing your own residential property caseload to include new build properties.
