Residential Property Conveyancer - Herts / N. London

Our client, a boutique legal firm, are seeking a residential solicitor or licensed conveyancer to join the team. With enquiries from Herts and Greater London, the quality of work is very good, and you will manage your own caseload, working in a department of friendly and like-minded professionals.

This role offers development for someone with at least 2 years PQE, who can work as a fee earner, and the team structure will enable you to develop your experience on different types of property as well as financial loan and mortgage agreements and the Partners will support you in developing and building relationships with introducers.

You will manage your own caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion for both freehold and leasehold properties. The work will include properties ranging from £300k - £1m and include listed buildings, new builds, shared ownerships and help to buy, and you will be involved with searches, raising enquiries and checking all documents in relation to title, financial products and post completion matters
