Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a highly regarded, Legal 500 property firm based in Reading.

This is a rare opportunity to join an established, highly regarded and market leading Property team.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage their own case load, will be experienced in dealing with more complex matters and will be willing to be flexible in their approach to adapt to clients needs.

Culture is extremely important to the firm, and they are looking for someone who is looking to grow and progress as part of the team, offering support to both junior and senior members.

Main duties will include, but may not be limited to;

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Mortgages and re-mortgages, including portfolio refinancing
• Residential development and re-development
• Property transfers following death or relationship breakdown
• Documenting beneficial interests in jointly-owned property
• First registration of unregistered land
• Technical property law advice e.g. easements and covenant
