Cathedral Appointments are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our busy, well-established client based in Exeter. This varied position involves managing your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files matters and working alongside the Head of the Department.


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

·         Dealing with your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision

  •          Gaining experience with agricultural property matters
  •          Undertaking business development activities to promote both yourself and the firm



·         You will be an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

·         You will have a strong academic background

·         You will be client focussed with excellent communication skills

·         You will be ambitious and driven to succeed

·         Excellent IT skills
