Residential Conveyancing Locum – Required to start ASAP

We are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Locum on behalf of our client, a reputable, regional firm based in Cardiff. The firm are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their busy team who ideally can start as soon as possible on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will have extensive prior experience managing a complex residential caseload including but not limited to sales & purchases, freehold & leasehold of land, registered and unregistered titles etc.
The firm are currently expanding their department and therefore require a locum to cover whilst they recruit on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be confident picking up cases quickly with minimal supervision.
The client is ideally seeking a full-time Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist from their offices. The rate on offer is £30 to £40 per hour, depending on experience.
