Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary

A leading regional firm is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their successful Residential Conveyancing department in Tunbridge Wells. The role has arisen due to expansion and is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary you will be providing secretarial assistance to multiple Conveyancing Fee Earners and be reporting to the Head of Conveyancing. Your key duties will include transcribing digital dictation, file management, screening and routing all incoming and outgoing calls, diary management, organising travel and accommodation arrangements, as well as other general administrative duties such as photocopying and scanning.
The firm is looking for a Legal Secretary who can really hit the ground running. As a result, you must be familiar with Land Registry applications, SDLT returns, online search services (TM or Search Choice), Microsoft Packages, in particular Word and Excel, and be comfortable contacting lenders and local authorities.
You must have at least 2 years legal secretarial experience in a Residential Conveyancing department to be considered for this role.
