Location: North Yorkshire
Salary: Negotiable - Dependent Upon Experience
We are currently working on behalf of our client, who are based in North Yorkshire who are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team on a permanent basis. The forward-thinking firm who believe a work-life balance is paramount for any successful candidate. The successful candidate must be confident dealing with a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, including but not limited to:
· Sales and purchases
· Remortgages
· Equity Transfer
· Raising Enquiries
· Lease extension
· Land registry application - Voluntary Registrations, Title upgrades
· Part exchange
