My client is a well-established and full service firm with a network of offices across the West Midlands area, and which is seeking to recruit an experienced residential conveyancing lawyer to bolster its property offering.
The firm is seeking applications from conveyancers who are both technically strong across a full array of residential property matters, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties as well as transfers of equity, shared ownership and remortgages, but also those who enjoy getting involved in developing new sources of business and potential clients/referrers. Whilst the firm already enjoys excellent relationships with a number of sources they are keen to bring on board an individual who is keen to expand this offering further and who can get involved in various initiatives to drive the growth of that team further.
Due to the requirement to work with minimal supervision it is likely that the successful applicant will have accrued around 5yrs PQE or equivalent, whether that be as a solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or ‘qualified by experience’ property lawyer. Remuneration is competitive and should attract high calibre individuals looking for a new challenge within a well-regarded and award-winning practice.
