Our client are a leading UK Law Firm, recognised in the Legal 500. An established firm with a fantastic reputation locally and in the wider region for their quality of work who due to continued growth are now seeking a residential conveyancing assistant/Paralegal to join the Doncaster office.

If successful, you will perform the following role as a residential conveyancing assistant/Paralegal:

• To assist with the management of a general residential caseload from initial instruction through to post completion unaided to include sales and purchase, plot sales and acquisitions, lease extensions as well as secured lending matters, transfer of equity, re-mortgages and first registration of title.
• The ability to maintain and develop relationships with locate Estate Agents and Financial Advisors and other introducers.
