My client who is a well-respected and established law firm based in the heart of Leeds city centre but have offices throughout West Yorkshire as well as the UK, they have over 80 years of delivering Legal Services to the people of Yorkshire and beyond. They have an established history and have a great reputation of proving representation to private and publicly funded and business clients. to continued growth within the business they are now seeking to recruit for an experienced conveyancing assistant.
You will be responsible for assisting Fee Earners in all support duties whist maintaining files in an organised fashion as well as speaking to clients either taking instructions or providing an update either over the phone or in person when required. You may also deal with New Builds and will be liaising with HCA by submitting specific forms. Other tasks include but not limited to;
You will possess a high level of interpersonal skills including written and oral communication, IT literacy would be useful as well as previous experience of working in Conveyancing. You will be assertive, articulate and will be self-confident. You will be self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
