Senior Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Exec/Fee earner - Cheshire

Recognised Cheshire based firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancer to join its Residential Property department

THE FIRM
Long established firm providing a range of specialist services covering every aspect of family law, commercial and residential conveyancing, wills, trusts and probate, and services for the elderly
Representing both privately and public funded clients
Highly accredited and recognised in legal directories

THE ROLE
Working within an industry recognised team of experts in the field of Residential Property
Handling your own caseload of Residential Property matters, advising in a range of transactions
Developing potential leads and attending networking groups to promote the team

REQUIREMENTS
You will have experience handling a varied caseload of Residential Property matters to include complex leasehold and shared ownership matters
Excellent communication skills exercising a high standard of client care in a pleasant manner is essential for this role
