Residential Conveyancer - Maternity Cover

Sellick Partnership are currently working with a well-established South London based law firm who are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to provide maternity cover on a fixed term contract basis from February 2024.

This position is available for an experienced Locum Residential Property Solicitor with the ability to deal with all aspects of Residential Property Law including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, Re-mortgages and more.

Key Responsibilities of the Residential Conveyancing Solicitor:

• Handling cases related to mid to high net worth residential property.
• Managing a steady flow of natural work with minimal requirement for business development.
• Working collaboratively within the team to maintain the firm's strong client focus.
