The Role
- An exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join an excellent firm in Cambridge
- You will join a team of experienced fee earners
- You will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions to include; sales and purchases, help to buy, re-mortgages, new builds, lease extensions and buy to let
Requirements
- You will be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced fee earner
- You will have at least 2 years experience in residential property
- Confident managing your own caseload of property matters
