-You will join a friendly and sociable team
-You will be responsible for handling your own varied caseload with the support of a conveyancing assistant
-You will manage a small team
The firm is very forward thinking with technology, but they do work in a traditional way and put the client at the heart of everything they do.

The caseload will consist of:

* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Shared ownerships
* Auction properties
* Buy to lets
* New builds

Requirements:

-You will be a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or a Residential Conveyance with extensive experience who is keen to manage and develop a team
-Excellent people skills
-Desire to progress into management
