Long established high street practice with offices across Greater Manchester is looking to recruit an experienced conveyancer to join its team in Prestwich

Offering a traditional service using modern practices and technology

THE ROLE
Working within a small friendly team at a branch office
Handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases including new build and shared ownderships, transfer of equity and remortgages
Working with an assistant delegating work and mentoring them
Assisting other team members when required

REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 3 years handling your own residential property caseload to include more complex matters
Confident handling a caseload with minimal supervision
