A highly accredited firm with several offices in Greater Manchester is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their growing residential property team in Bury.
The firm has an excellent reputation and offers a friendly working environment. The property department is well developed and highly successful.
Your role as Residential Conveyancer will be to manage a varied and complex caseload of Residential Conveyancing files from initial instruction through to completion (including sale and purchase of freehold/leasehold, shared ownership, transfers of equity and some new build matters).
You will likely be a qualified Residential Conveyancer with at least 1 year PQE with a consistent background and be able to work independently and manage cases which vary in complexity.
The firm's offices are commutable from most parts of Greater Manchester, Bury, Bolton, Rochdale and Oldham.
