Residential Conveyancer - Bridlington & Hunmanby (Hybrid)

The Role:

-You will be running a residential property caseload from inception through to post completion which will be varied and include:
-* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Re-mortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity

Requirements:

-Must have experience in running a sale and purchase caseload
-A residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or a residential conveyancer will be considered
-Able to get to the office locations once a week
