Residential Conveyancer - Home Working
The Firm:
-Specialist, national conveyancing firm backed by one of UK's largest property services department is seeking ambitious and passionate conveyancing professionals to work remotely from home
The Role:
-You will have the opportunity to work from home running a varied residential property caseload from inception through to post completion
-The caseload is varied and will include:
* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Re-mortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity
Requirements:
-Must have experience in running the full remit of conveyancing transactions from start to finish
-Excellent communication skills
