Position Overview
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions ensuring transactions are managed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions etc
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts and reports
• Liaising with clients and maintaining excellent client relationships
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of one year's PQE
• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
• Knowledge of conveyancing processes and regulations
• A client-focused approach with the ability to build relationships
