This role is ideal for you if you have experience of handling a variety of residential property transactions and this is your opportunity to join a firm that prides itself on exceeding clients' expectations and providing an inclusive and enjoyable working environment for all its staff.

Having been established since the 1970s, the firm are well known and respected in the area due to a lot of repeat business as well as referrals. Within this role, you will be joining an a friendly and experienced team servicing a very loyal customer base advising on:

• Freehold and leasehold
• Sales and purchases
• Mortgages/remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Buy to let

You will be fully versed in all areas of residential conveyancing and also have a proven track record in providing a very high level of client care.
