You will join a well-established residential property team where you will handle your own caseload of matters ranging from sales (freehold and leasehold), purchases, re-mortgages, transfers, right to buy and new builds. As such, you must have previous experience in running your own caseload of matters from start to finish – this is not a bulk conveyancing environment.
To be considered you will need a minimum of two to three years previous experience in a similar role - qualification is not as necessary as experience in this instance.
