Our client is a leading regional practice and is well known for its large, dynamic and forward-thinking conveyancing department. They are now seeking a residential conveyancer with upward of 4 to 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing to join the growing team at their Stratford Upon Avon office.

This firm is friendly, open and quick to champion its people for upward progression! You will join a large team that uses a very effective case management system. You will have the support of a conveyancing assistant, but you must be able to handle you own caseload of conveyancing matters. The team has a new business department which conducts the initial file setup, along with a post-completion team, which will enable you to focus on the main part of the transaction.

To be considered, you must be a modern conveyancer, able to work in a fast-paced environment with an ability to cope under pressure, working to tight deadlines. In return, the firm offers regular salary reviews along with progression into team management.
