Residential Conveyancer - Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

Leading law firm are currently looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join their team in Tunbridge Wells.  This firm have been based in Kent for over 50 years and have a strong reputation in the area for providing excellent legal services.  Much of their work comes from recommendations and repeat business and the way they treat their clients is mirrored in the way they treat their staff - valuing every single one of them which in turn has made their staff turnover extremely low.

Due to a relocation, a member of their residential property department is leaving and therefore they are looking to replace them - the work will include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties both locally in Kent and further afield including high net worth properties.  Although the department is currently busier than usual, they still do not expect fee earners to manage a volume caseload and the emphasis is very much on quality rather than quantity.  They would rather turn work away than leave their fee earners over worked.

Applications are welcome from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers and you will have at least 2 years experience of managing your own residential property caseload.  They are ideally looking for someone to work full time, however, they will happily consider those looking to work 4 full days per week too (but unfortunately no less than 4 days).

All staff are currently working from home and post pandemic they would hope for a mix of office and home working but this will be very much down to the individual.  The firm have always offered flexible working even before Covid.

For more information please contact Julie Fernandes.  All applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence and your details will not be submitted anywhere without us getting your express permission to do so first.
